Porn Prosecution Revived

The public has an opportunity to encourage the U.S. attorney general to act on obscenity prosecutions.

Pat Trueman's Morality in Media (MIM) has launched the call-in event through today to get action after years of inaction.

"We want people to tell the attorney general that we want the laws against illegal adult pornography enforced," Trueman explains. "This attorney general in the Obama administration, Eric Holder, has stopped enforcing obscenity laws."

Pat  TruemanHe says Holder has given the porn industry the green light to proceed, which is what Trueman wants stopped. Though some child pornographers have been prosecuted, the MIM president contends adult porn fans the flames into that realm of the industry.
