Former Korn Member Returns With Christian Metal Band Love and Death
Brian "Head" Welch, former Korn guitarist and member of The Whosoevers before his conversion to Christianity, is releasing his first single with his band Love and Death titled "Chemicals."
That's right, the man named as number 26 on the list of the world's greatest metal guitarists has released the all important first single which has premiered with great reviews.
"It's been really good and positive. I've yet to hear anything negative. We're pretty stoked on the reaction. The song is solid and the video makes it even better. It'll be coming out soon," Welch told The Revolvermag.com.
Welch, who left Korn in 2005 as a result of making Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior, to make music that reflected that decision and to concentrate on being a father, has teamed up with Michael Valentine (bass, backing vocals), Dan Johnson (drums) and JR Bareis (lead guitar, backing vocals) to form Love and Death. The single is the first song of five to come from the band's upcoming EP also titled Chemicals.

Van Jones group plans American’s “Arab Spring” revolt
An Egypt-styled “Arab Spring,” which has put radicals in charge of the government, will be launched in the United States this spring with a war on “corporate power, Wall Street greed and the political corruption of the 1 percent,” according to the group headed by former Obama green aide Van Jones.
“They’re really not going to like the 99 percent Spring,” said Rebuild the Dream in an organizing email Friday.
Comparing the collection of protests last year that are symbolized by the 99 percent campaign and Occupy movement, to those of Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., the group said that “we were all inspired by the protesters of the Arab Spring who stood up to totalitarian governments, and inspired the Occupy movement here in America.”

IS Iran Setting Up the Path for WW3 and the Upcoming Biblical Armageddon?
This is a crosspost from Beliefnet.com.
Should we be worried that Iran is about to tip the entire world into World War III? Are some folks reading far too much into all of today’s saber-rattling? Are they drawing wild conclusions from popular interpretations of Bible prophecy flying around the Internet?
Or is history’s final battle just around the corner?
Many Christians grew up hearing that the Bible foretells of one final war between Israel and many of the nations of the world. Popular interpretations of Old Testament prophecies leave little doubt that Israel – as “God’s chosen people” – will win.
Are Irans Actions Settling Groundwork for the Fulfillment of Biblical Armageddon?
The Prophet Isaiah by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo
For example, Isaiah 17 tells of a war that results in the capital of today’s revolt-torn Syria, Damascus, the world’s oldest continually inhabited city, ceasing to exist and becoming a “ruinous heap.”
So, is this the beginning of the end?
A number of Internet commentators have also thought it relevant to report odd reports in the news of strange, trumpet-like noises heard around the world, citing such scriptures such as Ezekiel 7:14: “They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.”
They cite a number of such trumpet reports on YouTube, that do-it-yourself video website where anybody with a video camera can post their homemade news report, movie or a video of their baby dancing with their cat.
