Japan Campus Crusade for Christ Launches Suicide-Prevention Campaign

As the anniversary of Japan’s earthquake and tsunami coincides with what is traditionally Japan’s highest suicide month (March), Japan Campus Crusade for Christ is leading a suicide-prevention campaign to help counter hopelessness. The campaign is centered on a tool called Risk Ride created through the “Manga” magazine style that is popular in Japanese society.

“On top of suffering one of the largest earthquakes in history, Japan struggles with one of the highest suicide rates in the world. There is a definite sense of hopelessness throughout the country,” says Andy Meeko, staff member of Japan Campus Crusade for Christ and author of Risk Ride. “Risk Ride is a powerful story of faith and redemption that will encourage a path to recovery, purpose and revived hope for survivors to rebuild their lives.”

Christian Canadian Homeschoolers Told They Can NOT Teach Homesexuality is a SIN!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (BP) -- Homeschool defenders in the United States are wary of proposed legislation in Alberta, Canada, that could set a philosophical precedent for government intrusion into what parents are allowed to teach their homeschooled children.

"This is concerning to us because this is the first time we've seen anything like this on North American soil, where a government has actually proposed to include homeschools in a law that would constrain what parents could teach their children or to alternatively require them to teach something in a certain way," Michael Donnelly, staff attorney for the Virginia-based Home School Legal Defense Association, told Baptist Press.

At issue is section 16 of Alberta's proposed Education Act, which states, "All courses or programs of study offered and instructional materials used in a school must reflect the diverse nature and heritage of society in Alberta, promote understanding and respect for others and honour and respect the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Alberta Human Rights Act."

In the Education Act, homeschools are considered schools, and the Human Rights Act has been used in Canada to target Christians and conservatives who believe homosexual behavior is wrong.

Moroccan Girl FORCED to MARRY Rapist Then Commits Suicide

A 16-year-old Moroccan girl has committed suicide after a judge ordered her to marry her rapist, according to Moroccan media reports.

Last year Amina al-Filali’s parents filed charges against their daughter’s rapist, a man 10 years older than her but it was only recently that a judge in the northern city of Tangier decided that instead of punishing him, the two must be married.

The court’s decision to forcibly marry Amina to her rapist was supposed to “resolve” the damage of sexual violation against her, but it led to more suffering in the unwelcoming home of her rapist/husband’s family.

“After I filed a complaint against him, he said he will marry her. And when he married her and took her to his family's home he mistreated her, beating her and leaving her starve with no food,” Zahra Mallim, Amina’s mother told the Morocco's 2M TV.

Traumatized by the painful experience of rape, Amina decided to end her life by consuming rat poison in the house of her husband’s family, according to the Moroccan daily al-Massae.

According to the newspaper, this type of forced marriage is rooted in local rural traditions to safeguard the honor of girls who are raped.

Moroccan penal code exempts a rapist from punishment if he agrees to marry his victim.

PayPal Limits the Sale of e-Books Containing Images of Rape, Bestiality, Incest, & Child Porn

Last month, PayPal sent emails to at least three e-book publishers and booksellers warning them that their accounts would be “limited” unless they removed titles that contained “themes of rape, incest, bestiality and underage subjects,” Reuters reported last week.

As the complaints grew louder, PayPal spokesman Anuj Nayar decided to explain in a blog post that the company actually allows its service to be used for the sale of “erotic” books but that it draws the line “on certain adult content that is extreme or potentially illegal.”

“An important factor in our decision not to allow our payments service to be used to purchase material focused on rape, incest or bestiality is that this category of eBooks often includes images [emphasis added],” Nayar explained.

Salvation Army Youth Programs Increase During Recession

The Salvation Army released a report on Monday that shows a nationwide increase in the demand for youth programs throughout the economic recession. Unfortunately, the report, titled "Growing Up in a Downturn," also reveals that many such programs have at the same time had to make cuts in staff and programming, and in some cases have even closed down, due to a lack of funding.

According to the study, 81 percent of Salvation Army youth programs saw an increased demand for youth services in 2011, which is up from 75 percent in 2008. Of the programs surveyed, 60 percent of them saw an increase in demand of up to 30 percent, and 11 percent saw an increase in demand of 50 percent or more.

Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation(GLAAD) Creates Commentator Accountability Project (CAP) AKA "Gay Hate List"

WASHINGTON – The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation has created an enemies list of 36 commentators – including pastors, authors, radio talk-show hosts, pro-family activists and researchers – in an effort to limit the effectiveness of their media outreach.

The list includes Chuck Colson, Joseph Farah, Tony Perkins, Don Wildmon, David Barton, Bill Donohue and Gary Bauer.

The formulation of the list is the work of GLAAD’s “Commentator Accountability Project” that aims to “educate the media about the extreme rhetoric of over three dozen activists who are often given a platform to speak in opposition to LGBT people and the issues that affect their lives.”

“Hate is not an expert opinion,” said GLAAD’s Herndon Graddick. “In most cases, news outlets invite reputable experts to speak on the subject at hand, but when talking about LGBT issues, open hostility and anti-LGBT bias seems to be all the credibility required. This project holds these so-called ‘pundits’ accountable for the extreme anti-LGBT rhetoric they continue to spread.”

GLAAD encourages individuals to alert the organization when those on the enemies list appear on local or national news.

In response, Farah said he has never spoken a hateful or defamatory word about homosexuals in his life.

“The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation should more accurately be called the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Criticism,” said Farah. “These people actually believe that if you have a different viewpoint and a different value system from them you are a hate-filled, bigoted monster. Here’s a group that claims in its own name that it is ‘against defamation,’ but actively defames those with whom it has disagreements. Not one example of hateful or defamatory language is offered as evidence against any of those listed in this report.”

Matt Barber, vice president of Liberty Counsel Action, also is listed, and said, “I count it an honor to be included among such a distinguished list of pro-family warriors. As Christ followers, we will never stop speaking God’s truth in love.”

The people targeted by GLAAD include: Alan Chambers, Albert Mohler, Bill Donohue, Bob Emrich, Bob Vander Plaats, Brian Brown, Brian Camenker, Bryan Fischer, Candi Cushman, Christopher Plante, Chuck Colson, David Barton, Don Wildmon, Frank Turek, Gary Bauer, Glenn Stanton, Harry Jackson, Jennifer Roback Morse, Jim Daly, Jim Garlow, Joseph Farah, Ken Hutcherson, Kevin McCullough, Lou Engle, Maggie Gallagher, Mat Staver, Matt Barber, Michael Brown, Penny Nance, Peter LaBarbera, Peter Sprigg, Rick Scarborough, Robert George, Scott Lively, Tim Wildmon, and Tony Perkins.

U.S Marines In Afghanistan Forced to Disarm During Panetta Speech

The Telegraph--Less than a week after a US staff sergeant allegedly massacred 16 civilians in Kandahar, American soldiers were banned from bringing guns into a talk by Mr Panetta at a base in Helmand province.

Around 200 troops who had gathered in a tent at Camp Leatherneck were told "something had come to light" and asked abruptly to file outside and lay down their automatic rifles and 9mm pistols.

"Somebody got itchy, that's all I've got to say. Somebody got itchy – we just adjust," said the sergeant who was told to clear the hall of weapons.

Major General Mark Gurganus later said he gave the order because Afghan troops attending the talk were unarmed and he wanted the policy to be consistent for all.

"You've got one of the most important people in the world in the room," he told the New York Times, insisting that the decision was unrelated to Sunday's killings. "This is not a big deal."

However, US troops often remain armed even when their Afghan colleagues have been asked to lay down their weapons and the incident is believed to be the first time they were stripped of guns during an address by their own secretary of defence.

The Ministry of Defence was unable to confirm reports that a small number of British troops had also been asked to put down their weapons.

American Troops Told To Pull Out Of Afghan Villages After Soldier Kills 16 Afghan Civilians And Q'uran Burnings

Kabul, Afghanistan (CNN) -- American troops should pull out of outposts in Afghan villages and return to their main bases, Afghan President Hamid Karzai told U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on Thursday, Karzai's office said.

The statement comes days after an American soldier was accused of leaving an outpost and killing 16 Afghan men, women and children in their villages.

Karzai called the shootings in Kandahar province a cruel act against the people of Afghanistan, and told Panetta that Afghans have lost trust in international forces, the presidential palace said in a written release.

Afghans took to the streets of one city Thursday to demand that the U.S. suspect be prosecuted in Afghanistan, while an Afghan lawmaker accused the United States of showing "a fake video ... to convince the Afghan people that it was the act of only one soldier."

Many Say Voter ID Laws Are Not Discriminating

One News Now--Several states are embroiled in bitter debate over requirements for voter identification before going to the polls. While Democrats say there is no significant proof of voter fraud, Republican legislatures and conservative advocacy groups say preventative measures are necessary.

Democrats and liberal activists across the country contend the elderly, disabled, and poor will be hard-pressed to satisfy ID requirements being pursued. But Republicans refute that claim, arguing IDs are used widely as part of daily interactions in society and that the law provides adequate safeguards for them.

Deneen Borelli -- a fellow with the Project 21 black leadership network and author of Blacklash: How Obama and the Left Are Driving Americans to the Government Plantation --says states like Indiana and Georgia, for example, provide free photo identification.

"This all goes back to maintaining the integrity of our voting process for our country -- because there have been situations not all that long ago, as a matter of fact, where there have been instances of voter fraud," she tells OneNewsNow. "And this is what we want to prevent, because it cancels out those who are properly identified and have a qualified vote."

Writing last month for Fox News, Borelli addressed critics' arguments that some people cannot afford the time, money, or effort needed to apply for a valid ID, stating: "It's perplexing how so many groups complaining about voter ID laws have the funds to register voters, educate voters, and transport voters to the polls, but never budget anything to rectify ID problems or ask if people have all that's required of them on Election Day."

Borelli also says, sadly, some are attempting to equate obtaining a valid photo ID with past voter discrimination.

"Years and years ago when it came to a poll tax or a literacy test, those were actual roadblocks," she acknowledges, "but having someone present photo identification is really to prove who that individual is and to prevent voter fraud."

White House Will Not Say What Will Happen To Soldiers Who Burned Q'urans

(CNSNews.com) – In the face of Afghan President Hamid Karzai's call for the U.S. troops who burned Korans to be tried and punished, the White House won't say what will happen to those troops.

Connie Lawn with IRN/USA Radio Network asked White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, “Did Karzai ever express condolences for the British soldiers killed and did he explicitly apologize for the American soldiers who were killed? And what does the White House want to see done with these Americans who burned the Korans?”

“I think there is an investigation into that,” Carney responded. “You surely understand that I would not make any statements about the disposition of that investigation or how it should turn out. Secondly, I don’t have any more detail for you on the call the president had with President Karzai. I would point you to statements by Minister Wardak about the incidents and his expressions of regret,” Carney said referring to Afghanistan Defense Minister General Abdul Rahim Wardak

The Korans were mistakenly burned on Bagram Air Force Base.

Obama spoke with Karzai by video conference earlier Thursday, Carney said.

As CNSNews.com reported, three days after Obama issued an apology to Karzai for the burning of the Muslim holy book, Karzai responded on Afghan TV that the soldiers should be tried.

In late February, Karzai, according to a BBC translation of his remarks, told the Afghan people, “We call on the US government to bring the perpetrators of the act to justice and put them on trial and punish them.”

At the same time Karzai was demanding the prosecution and punishment of U.S. troops involved in the Koran-burning incident, he conceded that the U.S. government had indicated that the Koran burning “was not deliberate.”

"We all know that regrettably some days ago an American soldier burnt our Holy Koran,” Karzai said, according to the BBC translation. “We condemn this vicious act in the strongest terms. The government and the people, scholars, tribal dignitaries, spiritual figures of Afghanistan, the educated people of our country all share the people's feelings... Our people's sensitiveness is right and is laudable.

“The US government says that such act was carried out because of ignorance and lack of knowledge,” Karzai said. “This incident happened as a result of the ignorance of the US military officer about our vision about Islam and not recognizing the Koran. It was not deliberate.”

"Obama Flag" That Was Made In China, Flying Over Democrat Party Headquarters Has Many Veterans Outraged

A veteran who saw what resembled a U.S. flag with President Obama's image where the stars were supposed to be demanded that the Lake County, Fla., Democratic Party remove the flag which flew outside their headquarters.

"It's absolutely disrespectful," 71-year-old veteran Jim Bradford told Fox News. "It's totally ridiculous. To put somebody's picture there, to me, it's a disgrace to do that."

The flag with the president's image was spotted flying under the American flag outside of the Democrat Party office. Bradford took pictures of the flag in front of the headquarters and after researching the issue and finding it was in violation of U.S. law.

Since the property is in Florida, Statute 256.05 of the state's code says: "No person shall, in any manner, for exhibition or display:

"(1)  Place or cause to be placed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing or advertisement of any nature upon any flag, standard, color, ensign or shield of the United States or of this state, or authorized by any law of the United States or this state; or

"(2) Expose to public view any such flag, standard, color, ensign or shield upon which shall have been printed, painted or otherwise produced, or to which shall have been attached, appended, affixed or annexed any such word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing or advertisement."

Soon after Bradford circulated a picture of the flag, a group of veterans showed up at the Democratic Party office and delivered the chairwoman of the Lake County Democratic Party, Nancy Hurlbert, a copy of the federal code governing the U.S. flag.

"We read that to her, but she would not accept that," Bradford told Fox News. "The discussion finally got a little heated."

Bradford and his group offered to take the flag down, instead replacing it with the POW/MIA flag the group offered as a gift, but Hurlbert declined their offer. "No, you will not," Hurlbert told the veterans. "This is private property."

The chairlady said the flag had been given to the group as a gift and had been flying in front of the headquarters for about two months. Before Bradford and his fellow veterans showed up there had been no complaints.

"It leads me to believe that it's not about the flag," Hurlbert told Fox News. "Certain elements cannot accept Barack Obama as president."

Hurlbert eventually relented and removed the flag, but when asked if she or Democratic Party officials would fly it again, Hurlbert would not say.

"I won't say no and I won't say yes," she said. "We want to find out what our legal rights are."

The group's chairlady refused to take the POW/MIA flag. It has also been determined that the flag with Obama's image was made in China. Several states have introduced and passed legislation requiring that all U.S. flags been made in America.

Christians In The U.S Not Exercising Their Freedoms When It Comes To Reaching The Lost For Christ

RICHMOND, Va. (BP) -- A missionary with years of experience in the Muslim world was visiting back home in the United States when he struck up a friendly conversation with an immigrant shop owner.

"I said, 'Thanks for coming to America,'" the missionary recalls. The shop owner was moved almost to tears. "He put his arms around me and said, 'You're the first person who has ever welcomed me to this country.'"

During the same U.S. stay, the missionary spoke at a church in a Southern town. Before he arrived there, a member of the church surveyed the community's 20 or so Muslim families. Some of them had lived in the area as long as 10 years. The church member asked them if anyone in town had ever visited to tell them about Christ. No, they answered. Had anyone ever mentioned the name of Jesus to them? No. What was their chief emotion about living in America?

"We're so lonely," they responded. "No one ever talks to us. No one wants to hear our story. No one wants to have a meal with us."

The immigrants arriving in America these days include people who are very hard to reach with the Gospel in their home countries. Here, they can be reached by crossing the street.

But you have to cross the street.

"God is giving us a second chance. He is bringing the nations to us," the missionary says. "But we're running from the nations in our midst. Having Muslims in our homes is not brain surgery. But the thing that is driving the church is fear. Until we get over our fear, we will not welcome the lost in our midst. We're afraid of Muslims and we're afraid of foreigners. These people are so lonely and isolated. Get out of your church. Go to their homes. Invite them to your home. Shop where they shop.

"We're in a free country, and yet we're not exercising our freedom to witness to the nations in our midst."

What are we afraid of? Lots of things. Fear or suspicion of the stranger, the foreigner, the "other" is part of human nature. The United States has alternately welcomed and shunned immigrants over the past century, opening and closing its borders depending upon events, political-economic forces and social attitudes. More recently, the flood of illegal immigration, the competition for jobs in a recession-ravaged economy and the ongoing reverberations of 9/11 have played into the mix. And racism, even in our supposedly enlightened era, still poisons minds and hearts.

Within the church, there's another dynamic worse than fear or resentment: indifference. If we're not sharing the Good News with neighbors we've known for years or a lifetime, we're not going to share it with newcomers who don't act and talk like we do.

We need God's perspective. He told the children of Israel again and again to welcome the "stranger and the alien in your midst," reminding them that they once were aliens and refugees in Egypt.

Throughout history, observed the late, great missiologist Ralph Winter, God has been "kicking people out of one culture into a new one" -- from Abraham's move to Canaan, to Christian slaves carried off by pagan conquerors, to the present day.

God often uses such migrations, forced or otherwise, to place believers in cultures that haven't yet heard He is Lord. Alternately, He moves nonbelievers into cultures where they can hear the Good News, then sends them back to their own people groups to spread the Word.

The United States leads all nations of the world as a destination for migrants, according to new findings from the Pew Research Center. No surprise there. With 43 million foreign-born residents, our country counts more than three times as many migrants as Russia, the second-place destination. America is home to one of every five migrants worldwide.

"The United States has been the leading destination for many, though not all, religious groups," Pew reports. "The U.S. also has been the top destination for Buddhist migrants ... and for people with no particular religion (including many from China). The U.S. has been the world's second-leading destination for Hindu migrants, after India, and for Jewish migrants, after Israel." More than 2 million Muslim immigrants were living here in 2010.

According to mission research, nearly 600 unengaged, unreached people groups can be found in North America -- many of them in urban areas. They haven't heard the Gospel in ways they can understand it and respond to it, and no evangelical group currently has a viable plan to reach them. Up to eight of every 10 refugees resettled in the United States come from unreached areas of the world.

As participants in the recent "ethnéCITY: Reaching the Unreached in the Urban Center"* conferences have learned, many of those new arrivals are moving to medium-sized urban areas and suburbs, rather than the traditional ethnic enclaves of big cities. By 2010, slightly more than half of all immigrants could be found in suburbs.

According to The Brookings Institution, the number of foreign-born people in the United States topped 40 million in 2010, a 28 percent increase since 2000 and about 13 percent of the nation's total population. More than a third of new immigrants during the decade came from Asia, while the fastest-growing group came from Africa.

The five cities with the largest foreign-born populations are New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and Houston. But the fastest growth is happening in smaller and midsize cities. Brookings reports: "A swath of metro areas from Scranton (Pa.) stretching southwest to Indianapolis and Little Rock and sweeping east to encompass most of the Southeast and lower mid-Atlantic ... saw growth rates on the order of three times that of the 100 largest metro areas' rate. These include Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Indianapolis, all of which passed the 100,000 mark for total foreign-born population by 2010." Similarly, the states with the fastest-growing foreign-born populations are North Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas, Nevada and Tennessee.

That's essentially the Bible Belt, folks. How will we respond?

As a mission worker in a Muslim country used to tell me: "These people haven't rejected the Gospel. They haven't heard the Gospel."

Bible Society Told They Can Not Hand Out Copies Of The Bible With Olympic Logo On Them At London Olympics

Under the Communist regime in China, the Bible Society was able to hand out copies of the Good Book with the Olympic logo emblazoned on the front cover at the 2008 games. At London 2012, however, it has been ruled out.

“The idea was to give them out during the Olympics, as a Christian welcome to our country,” says the society’s spokesman, Rachel Rounds. “We had a special sports Bible prepared, with extra information in the front about what the Bible has to say about sport.”

The charity has now abandoned the idea because of Olympic rules regarding the use of the logo.

“The Olympic movement has always been clear that it should not be used to promote any religion,” says a source at the Games. “We have a multi-faith centre at the Olympic Park, where people can find Bibles. In Beijing, these Bibles appeared out of nowhere. They were not approved by the Chinese government.”

Rounds says: “It would have been nice to be a part of the Olympics, but, it seems, Christianity has less of a place than we first thought. During the Beijing Olympics, Amity printing press published Bibles with the official Olympic logo on them.”

A spokesman for the London Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games says the Bible Society has not made a “formal request” to use the Olympic logo. “The International Olympic Committee position on religion is that it accepts all religions, but does not promote particular religions,” adds the spokesman.

U.S Dept. Of Agriculture Announces That Schools Can Now Choose Whether Or Not To Use "Pink Slime" Meat

ABC News has the learned that tomorrow the U.S. Department of Agriculture will announce that starting this fall, schools will be able to choose whether or not they buy hamburger that contains lean finely textured beef known as “pink slime.”

The announcement comes one week after ABC News reported on the beef filler commonly known as “pink slime,” which is found in 70 percent of the ground beef sold at supermarkets.

“It kind of looks like play dough,” said Kit Foshee, who, until 2001, was a corporate quality assurance manager at Beef Products Inc., the company that makes “pink slime.” “It’s pink and frozen, it’s not what the typical person would consider meat.”

Foshee said that he was fired by BPI after complaining about the process used to make the filler, and the company’s claims about it. Since then, he has spoken out against the product.

J. Patrick Boyle, president of the American Meat Institute, defended the practice as a way to safely use what otherwise would be wasted.

“BLBT (Boneless Lean Beef Trimmings) is a sustainable product because it recovers lean meat that would otherwise be wasted,” he said in a statement.

However, the substance, critics said, is more like gelatin than meat, and before BPI found a way to use it by disinfecting the trimmings with ammonia, it was sold only to dog food or cooking oil suppliers.

But Boyle said, “The beef trimmings that are used to make BLBT are absolutely edible” and Janet Riley, senior vice president of public affairs for AMI, said there was no reason to label beef that contains “pink slime.”

“What are you asking me to put on the label, its beef, it’s on the label, it’s a beef product, it’s says beef so we are declaring … it’s beef,” she said.

The low-grade trimmings come from the parts of the cow most susceptible to contamination, often close to the hide, which is highly exposed to fecal matter. But because the treatment of the trimmings — simmering them in low heat, separating fat and tissue using a centrifuge and spraying them with ammonia gas to kill germs — the United States Department of Agriculture says it’s safe to eat.

Click here to find out which supermarkets sell beef with “pink slime.”

ABC News traveled across the country to the meat section of grocery stores to see if it’s in the ground beef they sell. At most stores it was impossible to tell for sure whether the beef contained the filler. At one store there was no way to tell from the labels, and the butchers did not know the answer.

There is only one way to know for certain that “pink slime” is not in your beef: If your meat is stamped USDA Organic, it’s pure meat with no filler.

Otherwise, you can’t know from the packaging because “pink slime” does not have to appear on the label. And the USDA is giving no indication it will force meat packers to lift the veil of secrecy any time soon.

Fashion Items That Are Dangerous To Your Health

Yahoo---Not to send you all scrambling to Web MD to find out if you've got meralgia paresthetica or anything, but we thought this piece from the Wall Street Journal-rounding up some health risks associated with certain clothes and accessories-was pretty interesting. Are you a potential fashion victim? Find out!

1. Skinny jeans : Wearing practically-painted-on pants can interfere with digestion, according to an internist (who found the problem so common he dubbed it "tight pants syndrome"), and they've also been responsible for "lower back pain, yeast infections in women and a rare condition called lipoatrophia semicircularis, in which horizontal lesions appear around the thighs." Good thing flares are back!

2. Spanx: Wearing your beloved shapewear for too long can cause nerve compression and reduced oxygen intake. Consider yourselves warned.

3. Tight ties and shirts: A Cornell study says a whopping 67% of men need to loosen up at the office-wearing shirts with too-small neck sizes and too-tight ties can reduce circulation to the brain and decrease range of motion in the neck and increase muscle tension in the back and shoulders. And since ties are rarely cleaned, they transmit infections easily.

4. High heels:
Of course, we know all about this one (though I can't say it's ever gotten in my way of wearing 'em)...heels higher than two inches "have been linked to bunions, hammer toes, stress fractures and ankle sprains."

5. Flip flops: "Flip-flops are even worse, according to the American Podiatric Medical Association. Researchers at Auburn University videotaped 39 volunteers and noticed they had to clench their toes to keep them on, leading to foot fatigue, sore calf muscles and an altered gait, which could cause long-term ankle and hip problems."

6. Heavy handbags: Wearing an oversize tote on the same shoulder can throw off your back alignment. According to the Journal, "The American Chiropractic Association recommends that women carry no more than 10% of their body weight in a bag."

7. Accessories containing nickel: "Even minute amounts of nickel in rings, earrings, belt buckles, watch backs and jeans rivets can cause an itchy red rash on people who have nickel allergy, which can begin suddenly even in adulthood."
